Dr Edwards and Shelby are both exceptional people. I always feel welcomed every visit and I never feel like I am just a number in line. I am treated with decency, respect and compassion. Oh, and not having to wait 2 hours wondering when you're going to be seen is the best part. They don't rush you or cut you off when you're speaking while treating every conversation with absolute confidentiality.

Dr. Carri Myers and the staff at Precise - Flowood are amazing. Dr. Myers listened to our situation (plus my anxiety and fears) and made quick recommendations. She then ensured that our testing was performed as soon as possible. Once, we had the results, she sat with me and discussed them with a very positive outlook. I must say she truly understands how children can be labeled which was one of my worries. She and her staff (Thank goodness for Libby.) spent hours on the phone with pharmacists to ensure we received medications promptly. I have not been more pleased with a doctor and staff in a very long time. They truly care about their patients and will do the work to take care of them.

Ms. Carri and Ms. Libby treated my mother here. She always raves about how sweet and caring they are. Going along with her to her appointments, I have to agree. Very professional and knowledgeable, but personable care team that goes out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of and comfortable.
